SOPHIE ZADEH

I work in many different mediums, but my work is primarily sculpture based. I have 14 years of experience as a practicing Artist / Art Educator. My experience includes devising and leading art / cross-curricular activities, workshops, projects and training sessions, suitable for all ages and abilities, in various settings (including museums, art galleries and schools), as well as selling numerous pieces of work and undertaking commissions.

Groups that I have worked with include; visually Impaired children, young offenders, adults and children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), 'early years' children, autistic children, children 'at risk', teachers and adults who work with children, primary and secondary schools, colleges and community groups.

Mediums and techniques that I work with include; Installation, wood, ceramics, textiles, felt-making, plaster, mod-roc, papier-mache, recycled materials & junk, wire, recycled plastics, rag rugs, paint, banners, woven materials and mosaic.
