Currently, Rusaila is the part time Curator for the Australian Muslim Women's Arts Project at Casula Powerhouse.
Rusaila is the founder of 'Lab Tajribi | Experimental Expressions' which is a non-physical art atelier for experimental art and forms of expression.
She is a Creative Hub resident at Information + Cultural Exchange "ICE".
She has exhibited several digital and video art projects, interactive installations and photography works in Jordan and UK.
Rusaila has been teaching in areas of architecture, design, digital and interactive media at the University of Jordan and the German-Jordanian University for almost six years. She has started a social network for her students called 'Fusionists' which facilitated interaction and dialogue between students from different classes.
She was selected to represent Jordan in the 'International Visitors Leadership Program' organized by the US Department of State. Where she participated in an exchange program called 'Promoting Tolerance Through the Arts'.
She has a BSc degree in Architecture from the University of Jordan and a MSc degree in Design and Digital Media from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
