FLINN DONOVAN

Professional, versatile and experienced solo didgeridoo performer with 15 years' experience. Blends traditional and contemporary styles. Flinn Performs at community events and corporate functions throughout Sydney, and has been involved in several recordings. Graduate of ICE's Originate program, currently coordinating community cultural development project A.S.A.L.T. (Aboriginals Sustaining Aboriginal Learning Traditions), which aims to connect Indigenous youth and elders. Holds Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts). Flinn is also currently employed by SPYNS, where he works with Braddock & Kingswood park Public schools, here Flinn in the making tracks program with his collegue Criss Ried. The program runs once a week and teaches aboriginal students how to be proud of their heratige and how to use traditional skills and knowledge in their everyday lives enviroment.
