I have recently completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts at SCA majoring in Ceramics. This year, in 2012, I'm doing Honours. My ceramic work mostly consist of hand-built sculptural work and vessels that have been thrown on the wheel, having diversified my practice from mostly drawing and painting.
I also have an Advanced Diploma of Fine Arts at Campbelltown TAFE (2009) and had exhibitions at TAFE and uni.
I am a young artist who is inspired by the natural environment. My work often explores subjects and beings of nature within drawings, paintings, sculptures and hand-made vessels.
Harmony, movement, expression, serenity and colour are the kind of qualities I admire in art and in the surrounding natural environment. These are the kind of qualities that I aim to convey within my work.
