Position Cultural Development Officer
Cali currently works as Cultural Development Officer for Penrith City Council's Neighbourhood Renewal Program.
Cali is a creative and visionary leader with the ability to inspire teams, facilitate dialogue and transformational change through creativity and collaborative partnerships with artists and communities. Cali's experience includes developing award winning programs and spans a range of community, arts and local government contexts. Her work is underpinned by extensive experience in professional theatre, community cultural development and training in arts management and performance.
Cali holds a dynamic vision to unlock the creativity, arts and culture within communities specialising in creative engagement in disadvantaged and culturally diverse communities.

Qualifications include: Graduate Diploma Management (Arts) - UNISA, B.A Educational Theatre (Drama) - University of Adelaide, The Power of Acting -The Actors Centre.
